The majority of course registration should be done on REGIS. Below are forms for special circumstances and requests.

Note: REGIS will prompt you to fill out an electronic version of this form during the online registration process for most priority-enrollment courses. You do not need to submit a paper form if you have filled one out online.

This letter serves to confirm the student's status as a full- or part-time student throughout a given academic year (or, in some cases, a particular term). It can be used to help students acquire housing, employment, car insurance, etc.
Note: this letter should not be be confused with the Study Permit Renewal letter. To extend your study permit, please visit the Study and Work Permits section of the website. An online request form for the relevant letter can be submitted from that page.
If you have a surplus on your Regent account, you can submit this form to be reimbursed (or to redirect the surplus as a gift to help other students).
