Current students can view and share their grades through REGIS. One complimentary official and unofficial transcript will be mailed in May to all graduates of that year.
Processing time for all transcript requests is 5 business days. You will receive email confirmation that your request has been processed.
CHRISTMAS BREAK NOTICE: transcript requests received after December 19th will not be processed until January. The College is closed for the Christmas holidays December 22nd to January 2nd.
Official transcripts bear the signature of the Senior Academic Administrator and the College seal. If you’re applying for a graduate program or scholarship, check with the institution whether it requires an official or unofficial transcript.
The cost is $5.00 per transcript for the first 5 copies and $2.00 per transcript for additional copies. Payment must accompany the request form at the time of submission.
You can access an unofficial Grade Report, which has the same information as a transcript, from your REGIS account (using your Regent Login).

Have you changed your name? If you are still a student, you can request a name change on your transcript by providing us with a piece of government-issued ID (e.g., driver's licence, passport) showing your new name. If you have graduated, your name will remain the same on your transcript unless you provide us with a court order.
