LESSONS FROM 2020
3 things to know, 3 reasons to give
In this year's Christmas letter, President Jeff Greenman reflected on what God has been teaching him about the Regent community. Jeff identifies three things he learned (or relearned) about Regent this year—and three reasons to support this community with a year-end gift.
1. The Regent community is resilient.
This year, every element of our community life grew more complex. But, with God’s help, we persevered. Regent is still Regent. When you give to Regent, you’re helping us rise to the challenges of our time.
2. The Regent community is needed.
This year reminded us that the church needs thoughtful Christians who ask hard questions and refuse to settle for easy answers. The world needs Christians who take reality seriously and respond with wisdom and grace. Regent forms this kind of Christian. When you give to Regent, you’re equipping thoughtful Christians to make a difference in the church and the world.
3. The Regent community is in God's hands—and yours.
God provides for Regent’s needs. Often, he provides through you. As students face monumental challenges, donors like you are playing an essential role in keeping Regent’s mission viable. When you give to Regent, you’re supporting a community that needs you.
