The Faculty and the Dean of Students Office invite all 2024 graduates and other students who are leaving Regent to attend Shalom Aleichem—our Leaving Regent Retreat—on Tuesday, April 30, 9:30 am–1:30 pm. Spouses of students are welcome to join as well.

Our time together will include opportunities for gathered worship, individual and small group reflection with faculty, and prayer and blessing. Coffee & tea, snacks, and lunch will be provided.

This half-day retreat will be offered onsite only at Redemption Church (3512 W 7th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6R 1W3)).

PREPARATION

This is a free event—the only "cost" for attending is a brief, one-page reflection on your experience at Regent. We invite you to reflect on the following three questions:

  • How have you changed while you have been at Regent? (50–200 words)
  • What things have you learned during your time at Regent that you would like to continue to cultivate in your life? (50–200 words)
  • What kinds of things are you most in need of as you journey on? (50–200 words)

These reflections will be read by the faculty and Dean of Students team in order to prepare meaningfully for our time together. Please RSVP using the form below and send your brief reflection to Alex Macdonald ([email protected]) no later than Tuesday, April 23, 2024.

This event is our gift to you as you move on from Regent. We look forward to being with you.
