A Biblical Theology of Race & Ethnicity
Course Description
This course will explore how the Scriptures inform our concepts of race and ethnicity by examining various biblical texts and topics that address humanity's differences and commonalities. A study of the Bible's teaching on race and ethnicity will help students to confront racism, xenophobia, and ethnocentrism in our time and their own contexts.

Rev. Dr. Dennis R. Edwards is the current Dean and Vice President of Church Relations and former Associate Professor of New Testament at North Park Theological Seminary. He is the author of several books, including Humility Illuminated: The Biblical Path Back to Christian Character (IVP, 2023).
