Spiritual Discernment: Decision-making and the Voice of Jesus
Course Description
We can speak of the inner witness of the Spirit; and we can lean into the historic Christian heritage to recognize this witness—drawing on the wisdom of the Christian spiritual tradition from Origen to Augustine, to Bernard, to the 16th-century masters of the spiritual life. And as such, we can live within an approach to effective decision-making. Learn how to seek God’s wisdom for critical choices, particularly for corporate discernment and decision-making, and understand the role of spiritual directors in guiding others towards wise decisions.
