Art Collection

From its founding, Regent College has recognized that the intersections of art and theology are places of potentially profound insight and mutually enriching dialogue. Since opening its current building in 1988, the College has actively cultivated such dialogue by developing a substantial, rotating art collection throughout its campus. This collection includes more than sixty artworks made over the past five centuries from around the world. Among them are notable historical artists, such as Virgil Solis the Elder and William Hogarth; key modernists, such as Georges Rouault and Aristide Maillol; and several important contemporary artists, such as Sadao Watanabe, DaoZi, Roy Henry Vickers, and Lynn Aldrich.
