President's Update, Part 1
Regent College's President, Dr. Jeffrey P. Greenman, is eager to answer a frequently asked question: “How is Regent?” Recently, he got together with the Chair of Regent's Board of Governors, Roger Laing, to reflect on the College's finances, community life, and future plans.
In this video, Jeff and Roger share their thoughts with Regent's friends and extended family. You can read more from Jeff, along with other members of the Regent community, in President's Update, Part 2.
Jeff, Roger, and other member's of Regent's leadership team are deeply grateful for God's provision over these last few years, and excited about what he has in store for Regent's future.
Jeff also expressed his thanks to Regent's alumni and friends from around the world. "Thank you for your ongoing encouragement, prayers, and support: it is no exaggeration to say that we would not be here without you."
In addition to the good news about Regent's financial situation, there are some exciting new developments in Regent's academic and community life. In addition to welcoming two new full-time faculty members, Dr. Steven Garber and Dr. George Guthrie, Regent is getting ready to premiere an exciting new degree program, the Master of Arts in Leadership, Theology, and Society. This new initiative will allow small cohorts of students to engage in practical, in-depth theological reflection on leadership and culture while remaining immersed in the marketplace. The program's first cohort will begin in July 2018, so stay tuned for more details!
