Summer is Back, Bigger and Better!
Regent College is excited to announce its Summer Programs for 2014!
We invite you to join us for our best summer yet. With over 45 courses (our highest to date!) from May to August, we offer the biggest Summer Programs in North America. Our world-renowned faculty consists of Regent College professors and visiting lecturers from around the globe and from all walks of life.
Students will engage with the likes of theologian J.I. Packer, musician Jeremy Begbie, spiritual director Susan Phillips, Hollywood film producer Ralph Winter, apologist John Lennox, pastor Mark Buchanan, and many others.
Dr. John Stackhouse, Associate Dean for Summer Programs, states that “nowhere else in the world can you find such a line-up of lecturers and subjects: from Christ to Christmas (and Mary, too!); Old Testament to New Testament; music to film; Milton to Hawthorne; Latin America to Hong Kong; Oxford to Duke; law to (non-canonical) gospel; and science to surveillance. If you can’t find something you like, you’re just not trying!”
With courses that only last one or two weeks, students have plenty of time to enjoy the best of Vancouver with its sunny temperatures and pristine beaches, mountains, and forests. All this and more are within close proximity to Regent College, nestled within the picturesque campus of the University of British Columbia.
