Ross Hastings Interview: Missional God, Missional Church
Ross Hastings, professor of Pastoral Theology and author of the book, Missional God, Missional Church: Hope for Re-Evangelizing the West, is interviewed by Larry Wood, host of Peace Talk on 660 AM Radio in Greenville, South Carolina.
Dr. Hastings shares about the trinitarian nature of God and its impact on God's familial way of being in the world. Thus, God's trinitarian nature becomes the heart of the communal character of the church. Jesus' commission in John 20 demonstrates this reality as he grants peace to his disciples, gifts them with the Spirit, and sends them out to participate in God's mission.
