Effective Teams
Are you called upon to lead teams in fast-moving environments, whether in the marketplace or in the church? Do you want to enable the teams you lead to thrive and be effective in demanding times? Through interactive dialogue and a workshop style, engage with the biblical narrative, the experiences of current Christian leaders, and the experiences of the course's participants. We will examine ways to become not just more effective team leaders, but also more collaborative team members.
This course and APPL/INDS 532 have complementary material and are designed to be taken as a pair or individually.
