Leading Well: Developing Your Personal Impact & Coaching Skills
You are a leader or an emerging leader in either the secular or Christian worlds having to handle demanding times. This course will equip you to develop your influence and impact in fast-moving situations where there may be many different priorities and perspectives. The course will also focus on developing a coaching approach and will enable you to develop your competence and confidence in using coaching skills in developing those who work with you.
The programme will be interactive with some sections being in workshop style. The course will draw from the biblical narrative, the current experiences of Christian leaders and the experience of course participants. The instructor would hope to have a one-to-one coaching conversation with each participant who is doing the course for credit.
