- Early Bird Rate: $145 (ends May 17)
- Standard Rate: $195
- Option to purchase ticket at a discounted rate for the Porter's Gate concert will be offered as part of the symposium registration.

All rates are per person, in Canadian dollars, and include all applicable taxes. (GST #107881039)
REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND REFUNDS
The registration deadline is June 10, 2019. You can still register after that date, but your lunch will not be included, since final numbers will already have been provided to our caterer. Requests for cancellations or refunds (minus a $25 processing fee per registration) must be received before the registration deadline.
