Conversion & Transformation

If you've ever wondered how conversion changes lives-–including your own––this course is for you. Examine the theology of religious experience, paying particular attention to the nature and character of Christian conversion and spiritual change. Discover that a comprehensive experience of conversion is essential for spiritual transformation and a vital piety. Gain a deeper understanding of the theological rationale for programs that foster conversion and spiritual formation. Above all, cultivate self-knowledge and personal transformation through thoughtful reflection on your own conversion.
Live Online and Recorded: This course is being offered online with live class sessions in Summer 2021. If you are not able to attend the live online classes because of time zone differences, be aware that recordings of each class will also be made available on the course Moodle site until Midnight PDT on the second Saturday after the course.
On Campus: A limited number of seats may be available to Canadian residents for on-campus participation in this course. If you are interested in attending class on campus, you must indicate your preference for on-campus instruction when you register. If you have been given an on-campus seat, you will be notified shortly after April 6. On-campus student lists will be finalized one week before this course begins. Participants of in-person courses will be required to follow Regent College protocols related to COVID-19, which will include such things as maintaining social distance and wearing masks.
