Rosie Perera worked as a software engineer at Microsoft for eleven years, where she was part of the team that created Word. She then earned a Master of Christian Studies at Regent College, with a focus on technology and spirituality. She went on to write and speak and organize conferences on that topic. These days she is a lay leader in her church, plays the trumpet in a community band, and enjoys hanging out with her dog, Ayla.
