Megan D. Alsene-Parker
Megan D. Alsene-Parker is completing her PhD studies in Hebrew Bible/Old Testament at the University of Cambridge. Her research interests primarily revolve around how the experiences of real humans have shaped the biblical text. Past publications and ongoing research has considered topics such as trauma, memory, land/place, and embodiment, with special interest in the book of Lamentations, the broader Megilloth (or “Five Scrolls”), and other biblical poetry.
