Climate Crisis and Imagination

Join us on Wednesdays during this year’s Summer Programs to enjoy conversations with members of our summer faculty. The professors and topics are different each week, so there’s always something new to explore.

This week, literature scholar and science fiction expert Everett Hamner will discuss the role of the imagination in shaping our thinking and responses around climate change.

Speaker
Dr. Everett Hamner is Professor of English at Western Illinois University. A graduate of Regent College, his further academic career has focused on the study of literature, with particular emphasis on speculative fiction.
Format
Wednesday Lunchtime Conversations are offered onsite at Regent College. These events are open to the public, and no registration is required.
