Roundtable: The Life and Legacy of J.I. Packer
Join us at noon on Wednesday, July 22, as we commemorate the 100th birthday of Dr. J.I. Packer with a celebration of his life and legacy. J.I. Packer Professor of Theology Dr. Jens Zimmermann will lead a conversation with Rev. Dr. Jim Salladin, a Summer faculty member and Rector of Emmanuel Anglican Church in New York City, and Rev. David Short, Rector Emeritus of St. John’s Vancouver. There will also be a Q&A time, so bring your questions.

Rector (Emmanuel Anglican Church)
Jim Salladin (PhD, University of St Andrews) is the rector of Emmanuel Anglican Church in New York City. He has also served Anglican churches in Vancouver and London. He is the author of Jonathan Edwards and Deification: Reconciling Theosis and the Reformed Tradition (IVP, 2022).
Jens Zimmermann
J.I. Packer Professor of Theology
Dr. Jens Zimmermann holds PhDs in Comparative Literature and Philosophy. Prior to joining Regent's faculty, he served as the Canada Research Chair of Interpretation, Religion, and Culture at Trinity Western University. He is currently a Visiting Fellow at the Center for Theology and Modern European Thought at the University of Oxford.
