Rev. Dr. Soo-Inn Tan's primary passions include connecting the word of God to the struggles of daily life and promoting the discipline of spiritual friendship. He journeys with people through his ministry of preaching/teaching, writing, and mentoring, and has authored eleven books that cover mentoring, spiritual friendship, and intergenerational research. 

Soo-Inn serves as the Chaplain of the Christian Medical Dental Fellowship, Singapore, and helps with the regional work of the International Christian Medical Dental Association. He also teaches part time in various seminaries in Malaysia and Singapore.He has been a supporter of Arsenal Football Club since 1971 and his favourite movie is Star Wars 4.
