Dr. Rhonda M. McEwen brings over 25 years of intercultural experience, and in addition to higher education, she has served in local, regional and global leadership roles with international faith-based organizations, and has lived and worked in a variety of countries - primarily in Asia and Africa. Her interests at Regent include the World Christianity and Marketplace concentrations.
Rhonda has served as Assistant Dean of Curriculum and Teaching Excellenceat Azusa Pacific University in California and, before that, Professor in Intercultural Education at Biola University. She has also taught at Wheaton College and Trinity International University.
Rhonda is from Ottawa, Ontario and holds a BA in Linguistics from the University of Ottawa, an MA in Cross-cultural Ministries from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a PhD in Educational Studies from Trinity International University.
