Min is passionate for theological education for the whole people of God. He is a founding fellow of Nehemiah Institute for Christian Studies, Korea and President of the Vancouver Institute for Evangelical Worldview, Langley. He is keen on relating Old Testament ethics to the all arena of Christian life. He authored Ethics and Biblical Narrative (Oxford: OUP, 2014) and How to Read the Book of Judges (Seoul: Scripture Union, 2015; in Korean) and translated many books including Iain Provan, 1 and 2 Kings (Grand Rapids: Baker Books, 1995) into Korean. He is married Clare, who also studies at Regent, with two children.
