Dr. JoAnn Flett is the Executive Director of the Center for Faithful Business at Seattle Pacific University. JoAnn was a 2020 Fulbright Teaching Scholar and a 2024 Fulbright Specialist to Trinidad and Tobago. More recently, she was selected to be a 2026 Fulbright Specialist to Tunisia working with an impact investing fund, Impact Partners.

JoAnn currently serves on the Board of World Relief. She is also the co-founder of the Entrepreneurship Hub (E-Hub) in Trinidad and Tobago. The E-Hub has served over 2,000 entrepreneurs with capacity building services and launched the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs.

JoAnn served as a faculty advisor to the Oxford Character Project in Oxford, England, for an online course titled Leading with Character. She has served on numerous non-profit boards, including the Accord Network, Broad Street Ministry, and Geneva Global's Capital for Good. She was an advisor for Everence Financial Philadelphia, the Ormond Center at Duke University (Christian Enterprise Solutions to Poverty project), and the Coalition for Christian Social Innovation at Belmont University. Her consulting projects includes leadership development for non-profit executive directors at the Murdock Trust, development of KPIs for entrepreneurial and social service support organizations like Partners Worldwide, SpringGR, Oasis Rest International, African Heritage Network in the Free Methodist Church, and the Academy of Management's Community Access Program in the Caribbean.
