Aaron Sherwood is Assistant Professor of New Testament at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, New York. He is a scholar of New Testament and Second Temple Judaism, as well as the Hebrew Bible, and has additionally taught biblical studies, religious studies, and philosophy at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the UK, Virginia, and The Bahamas. In Nyack, Aaron lives with his wife Lucy and their young daughters Eleanor and Isabel in the beautiful Hudson River Valley, just minutes outside of New York City. As an instructor, Aaron's main areas of teaching include Pauline writings and theology, the use of the Old Testament in the New Testament, and biblical languages. Besides academic interests, Aaron's main hobby is keeping up with small children, but he also enjoys chess, novels, and cinema (both films and movies).
