About
In addition to his roles at Redeemer University, Bill is a Fellow of the Kirby Laing Centre for Public Theology in Cambridge, UK. His educational background includes a BA from Redeemer University, an MDiv from Mid-America Reformed Seminary, and a PhD from McMaster Divinity College. Bill's PhD dissertation, a multidisciplinary exploration of gratitude, was published as Eucharistic Reciprocity: A Practical Theological Inquiry into the Virtue of Gratitude (Pickwick, 2019).
Bill and his wife, Kim, have four adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson. He was a Scholar-in-Residence at Regent College in 2025–2026.
