Into Africa: Exploring Theology & Ministry in Nairobi, Kenya
Course Description
With the dramatic shift in the centre of Christianity from the West to the Majority World, Africa is now a nucleus of global Christianity. This course will explore aspects of African Christianity, both intellectually and experientially, through exposure to theology and ministry in Nairobi, Kenya. The course will be co-taught by an African theologian, Dr. Martin Munyao, and will include local graduate theological students in Nairobi.| Offered | 2026 Summer |

Diane Stinton
Dean of Students; Associate Professor of Mission Studies and World Christianity
Diane Stinton specializes in the study of world Christianity, particularly in theological developments in the global South. Before joining Regent's faculty, she taught theology for many years in Kenya (Daystar University and Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology). She is the author of Jesus of Africa: Voices of Contemporary Christology and the editor of African Theology on the Way: Current Conversations.
