Regent College is delighted to host eminent Chinese artist, poet, and critic Dao Zi for an Evening Public Lecture: “Blood & Ink: A Chinese Christian Vision for the Arts.” This lecture is coupled with  Zi's collection of ink-wash paintings which will be exhibited in the Lookout Gallery from October 17–November 16.

Before attending the lecture you will likely want to take the opportunity to soak in Dao Zi's gallery show, which will be on display in the Lookout Gallery. Details here.

Description: "The collection of ink wash paintings by the eminent Chinese artist, poet, and critic, Dao Zi, is an extraordinary meeting of East and West. Combining the distinctive and deeply rooted Chinese technique of ink painting with Christian iconography, Dao Zi attempts to give shape and colour to transcendence."
