Events

The Board of Governors and Senate of Regent College request the honour of your presence at the Fifty-third Convocation for the purpose of conferring diplomas and degrees and awarding prizes. The ceremony will be held at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts at UBC.

Tickets

Tickets may be booked for free through The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts. Once you have your ticket, we recommend that you either print it out, or save a copy on your mobile device, to show at the door.

2023 Convocation Details

Date: Monday, May 8, 2023

Time: Doors open at 6:45 pm and the Convocation Ceremony begins at 7:30 pm.
Guests should plan to arrive before 7 pm for their choice of seats.

Location: Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, 6265 Crescent Rd, UBC Campus

Parking: Paid parking available at the Rose Garden Parkade.

Attendance Requirements

The Chan Centre does not require proof of vaccination, and masks are optional. However, if you feel unwell, please stay home and use the BC Self-Assessment Tool for guidance. Please see above for information on the livestream.

Livestream Info

The ceremony will be livestreamed for guests and graduating students who are unable to attend in person. Please visit rgnt.net/live a few minutes before 7:30 pm on Monday, May 8 (Pacific Time) and wait for the livestream to begin.
