Thursday, Dec 2, 2021 at 7:00PM - 9:00 PM PDT

The disciplines of theology and biblical studies should serve each other, and they should serve both the church and the academy together. But the relationship between them is often marked by misunderstandings, methodological differences, and cross-discipline tension. Theologian Hans Boersma here highlights five things he wishes biblical scholars knew about theology. Please join us for what is sure to be an engaging lecture that will help listeners think on the interrelationship between theology and biblical studies.

This event is available both in person (pre-registration required) and online (no pre-registration necessary). To attend online, join us on Zoom here at 7 pm on December 2.

If you wish to attend in person, you must register below for a ticket. Plan on coming early as you will need to be checked in. Seats are limited due to COVID-19 restrictions, so please consider releasing your ticket if you are unable to attend.
