David Taylor

W. David O. Taylor is Associate Professor of Theology & Culture at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is an ordained priest in the Anglican church and he writes and lectures widely on the arts. His publications include The Theater of God’s Glory, Glimpses of the New Creation, and Open and Unafraid.
Born in Guatemala, David is Assistant Professor of Theology and Culture at Fuller Theological Seminary as well as the Director of Brehm Texas, an initiative in worship, theology and the arts. An ordained Anglican minister, he has written articles for a range of magazines, from The Washington Post to Christianity Today. A pastor for twelve years in Austin, Texas, he now serves on the advisory board for IVP Academic’s series, “Studies in Theology and the Arts,” leads an annual retreat for ministers to artists at Laity Lodge, and has lectured widely on the arts, from Thailand to South Africa.
