In a constantly changing situation, certainty is important.
That's why we have committed to provide online access to Regent courses until the end of April 2023. Whether you're self-isolating in East Vancouver or learning from home in Hong Kong, we look forward to welcoming you!
Don't get us wrong: we love our on-campus community! We were delighted to return to campus in Fall 2021 and we are enjoying the rich community that's forming in chapel, classrooms, and the atrium. However, we recognize that many students are still dealing with the effects of the pandemic. Consistent online access is one way we are serving our students in the midst of a changing reality.
In addition to providing live online access to courses, we have made some temporary changes to our policies to support students who are accessing courses online.
No credit limits for online learning and distance education: In ordinary circumstances, Regent College places a limit on how many distance education credits can be applied to a degree. However, that policy has been suspended until the end of April 2023. Whether you take courses on campus or online, all of the credits you earn in this time frame can be applied to a Regent degree.
- Financial Aid: All full-time students are eligible for financial aid, regardless of whether they access courses live online, on campus, or through distance education. Learn more here.
These policy changes will remain in effect until the end of April 2023.
Regent College is committed to respond to shifting safety measurements, and will continue to provide you with detailed updates. But rest assured: no matter the global circumstances going forward, life and learning at Regent is available and accessible.
