Request a Program or Concentration Change
If you have been admitted as a GradDipCS student:
- You can use this form to apply for admission to the MACS, MATS, or MDiv program.
- You must have completed 12 credits with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 in order to be admitted to the MACS, MATS, or MDiv program. (MDiv applicants may require approval from the MDiv Committee.)
If you have been admitted as an MACS, MATS, or MDiv student:
- You can use this form to switch to one of the other two programs or to switch to the GradDipCS program.
If you want to transfer to MALTS:
- Please contact the MALTS Program Manager at [email protected].
If you are an MATS or MDiv student and want to apply to the ThM program, you will need to submit the form below, as well as the following items:
- An internal application form (Admissions can provide this to you)
- A sample research paper
- A $25 ($20 US) application fee
- A ThM Reference Form (PDF) completed by two faculty members (forwarded to the Admissions Office).
Note: This form cannot be used if your current program has exceeded its time limit. Students in this scenario should contact Academic Advising.
