Pastoral Ministry
Under the guidance of faculty members who have spent significant portions of their lives immersed in the practice of ministry, this concentration provides opportunity for the integration of theory and practice relevant to Christian service in the church, parachurch, mission, or society at large.
Note:
This concentration is available only in the MDiv program. The corresponding MATS concentration is called Applied Theology.

Sangwoo Youtong Chee Professor of Theology
Ross Hastings, a Zimbabwean Scot, holds PhDs in organometallic chemistry and theology. His teaching interests include Trinitarian theology, pastoral theology, theology and spirituality of mission, ethics, and the interface between science and theology.
