Year-End Giving
Giving from Canada
If you require a 2025 Canadian tax receipt for your gift, you have a few options.
-
Make an Interac e-Transfer to [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name, email, and mailing address—along with any specific instructions for your gift—in the memo.
-
Give online by credit card. Make your online donation before midnight (Pacific Time) on December 31 to ensure your gift is received in 2025.
- Mail a cheque—and make sure it's postmarked in 2025. Per CRA rules, donations sent by mail must be postmarked no later than December 31 to receive a 2025 receipt. Please note that simply placing your mail in a collection box does not guarantee that it will be postmarked that day. Where possible, the most effective way to ensure a same-day postmark is to visit a post office and ask that your mail be stamped immediately.
Note: We do not recommend mailing credit card information, as we cannot guarantee that payments will be processed in time to provide a 2025 receipt.
Monthly Giving from Canada
This year, we’re asking friends of Regent to support the College community by committing to give monthly. There are a few different ways to set up a monthly gift, so we encourage you to review your options. Click below to get started.

Giving from the US
US taxpayers can make a tax-deductible gift to Regent College Foundation (RCF). If you require a 2025 US tax receipt for your year-end donation, you have a couple of options.
-
Give online by credit card. Make your online donation before midnight (Pacific Time) on December 31 to ensure your gift is received in 2025.
- Mail a cheque to RCF—and make sure it's postmarked in 2025. Per IRS rules, cheque gifts will be receipted based on the date of the postmark on the envelope—not the date on the cheque. Please note that the most effective way to ensure a same-day postmark is to visit a post office and ask that your mail be stamped immediately. Cheques should be made out to Regent College Foundation and mailed to the address below.
Note: We do not recommend mailing credit card information, as credit card gifts must be charged before the end of the year to be considered a 2025 gift, and we cannot guarantee that your credit card information will be processed in time.

Monthly Giving from the US
This year, we're asking friends of Regent to support the College community by committing to give monthly. If this interests you, we recommend filling out an Authorization for Direct Donations form to allow direct withdrawals from your US bank account. Mail your completed form (and a void check if necessary) to RCF at the address listed above. Once your Authorization form is processed, withdrawals will take place around the 15th of the month.
- Why direct debit? Compared to giving monthly by credit card, direct debit incurs lower transaction fees for Regent College Foundation and requires you to update your account information much less frequently.
To make a monthly gift by credit card, simply select "Monthly" on RCF's donation form. You'll receive a call to confirm the details; depending on when you make your gift, this may occur in the new year.
Giving from the UK
British taxpayers can take advantage of the UK’s Gift Aid benefit by donating to the Friends of Regent College Canada Trust. (This effectively adds 25p to every pound you donate!) You can make a Gift Aid donation online, or visit the Trust’s website for information on other ways to give.
Giving from Hong Kong
Hong Kong taxpayers can donate to the Regent College (Hong Kong) Foundation. Visit the Foundation’s website to download a gift form and find instructions on giving by cheque or bank transfer.
Regent College (Hong Kong) Foundation Ltd. is a recognized charitable organization which is exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance in Hong Kong. Cumulative annual donations of HK$100 or above are tax deductible with an official receipt in Hong Kong.
