Mark Glanville is an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of Australia, currently pastoring part-time at Grandview Calvary Baptist Church, Vancouver. He is also a Professor of Old Testament and Congregational Studies at the Missional Training Center, Phoenix.
Mark has authored numerous articles, both popular and academic, on the Pentateuch, Christian ethics, and missional leadership, and regularly teaches and lectures on these topics. He has written an introductory book on Exodus, which is forthcoming from Lexham Press. Mark’s doctorate (Trinity College, Bristol University) focused on the role of the refugee in Deuteronomy. Mark is also a trained jazz pianist and enjoys thinking and writing collaboratively with his wife, Erin, a scholar and pastor. They live in Vancouver with their two children, and enjoy camping, sharing meals together, and frequenting local cafes.
