Rhonda M. McEwen
About
Dr. Rhonda M. McEwen has been at Regent for over nine years, most recently serving as Associate Professor of Education and Culture and Director of Regent Exchange, a church partnership and educational research initiative focused on exploring vocation.
In addition to teaching at Regent, Dr. McEwen serves as the North American Scholar Care Coordinator for Langham Global Partnership.
With a wealth of experience in adult and higher education, Dr. McEwen has worked with a diversity of learners in both formal and non-formal educational settings. Her background has been both interdisciplinary in scholarship, with studies in education, missiology, and intercultural studies, and multi-vocational, with leadership roles in institutional and community contexts in Canada, the United States, Asia, and Africa.
In addition to her experience in higher education (with previous faculty positions at Biola University, Azusa Pacific University, Trinity International University, and Wheaton College), Dr. McEwen has served in Christian international development and mission organizations, including the Chalmers Center for Economic Development, Food for the Hungry International, and OMF.
