World Christianity Field Immersion
Course Description
This course is intended for students to gain supervised experience in some form of missional practice and reflection in relation to World Christianity. The guided experience involves having a supervisor in the context of service as well as regular meetings with the Regent College faculty supervisor, either in person or via phone/Skype. This may be undertaken in a church, parachurch, or other organization intentionally engaged in some aspect of world mission.

Diane Stinton
Dean of Students; Associate Professor of Mission Studies and World Christianity
Diane Stinton specializes in the study of world Christianity, particularly in theological developments in the global South. Before joining Regent's faculty, she taught theology for many years in Kenya (Daystar University and Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology). She is the author of Jesus of Africa: Voices of Contemporary Christology and the editor of African Theology on the Way: Current Conversations.
