Cultural Intelligence for a Changing Church
Course Description
The landscape of North American society is changing rapidly. Demographic changes in world Christianity, and specifically in North American Christianity, make it increasingly important for ministries to develop cultural intelligence to meet the changing needs of the church. However, the current construct of North American evangelicalism poses numerous obstacles to developing multiethnic churches. This course will explore the process of socio-cultural exegesis, engage in theological reflection, and initiate the practice of developing culturally intelligent communities for effective ministry.
