Open Hours

Building Hours – During Academic Terms

  • Monday to Thursday: 7 am–9 pm
  • Friday: 7 am–7 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am–5 pm

Building Hours – Between Terms

  • Monday to Friday: 7 am–7 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am–5 pm

Reception Hours

Regent’s Reception desk is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm. Reception is closed for Tuesday Chapel (see below).

Chapel Schedule

Chapel services are held weekly while class is in session. Chapel will not take place during Reading Weeks or between terms.

  • Fall/Winter: Tuesdays, 11:15 am–12:15 pm
  • Spring/Summer: Tuesdays, 11:45 am–12:30 pm

Severe Weather

Certain extreme weather conditions may necessitate the cancellation of classes. The College’s policy on cancellation of classes due to snow, impassable roads, or power outages is to follow the decision of UBC. In other words, if UBC cancels its classes due to severe weather, then classes at Regent will also be cancelled.
