Shaping Your Future Leadership

Now is the moment to review and shape the leadership you bring. We will explore recognising your voice and influence, owning your life decisions, recognising the shadow you cast, knowing what energises and looking ahead with grounded hope. We will draw from the experiences of leaders in different sectors and nations. We will explore the learning from the life of the disciple Peter. We will reflect on the relevance of the Beatitudes to the way we lead in rapidly changing and uncertain times. The course will be interactive and enable participants to crystalise how they want to lead in their next phase. It will be relevant to those stepping up in leadership roles, renewing their sense of purpose in their current role, considering a switch of roles or doing something completely different.
