Michael Hodson
Michael Hodson heads up the Social Enterprise Incubator at Regent College's Marketplace Institute. As Head of Economics and Statistics at the UK radio-frequency regulator Dr. Hodson helped design the 3G auction that netted £22 billion. Then as a business economist with the UK Department for Business, he has worked with academics to apply new methods to estimate sovereign risk, assess the value of new technologies, model competition and evaluate a portfolio of business support schemes. He most enjoys integrating business and academic research. He is married to Sheila, and has two grown-up children.
