Visiting the Regent College CampusIf you would like to find out for yourself what the student experience is like then we welcome you to visit our campus for an Experience Regent event or for a Personal Campus Visit. Experience Regent“Experience Regent” events are a way for you to get the most out of a one-day visit to Regent College. Offered on set dates throughout the year you will join with other prospective students for a full immersion in the life of the school. Personal Campus VisitIf you are unable to take part in one of our Experience Regent events then we welcome you to arrange with us a Personal Campus Visit on another date; just let us know what day you would prefer (Monday to Friday) and we will do our best to arrange a time. $500 Tuition Rebate for Campus VisitorsWe really love it when prospective students are able to visit our campus and we want to make your decision to come an easy one. That’s why those who register for and attend an official Experience Regent event or Personal Campus Visit will be eligible for a $500 tuition rebate applied towards their tuition once they begin fulltime studies here on campus. Eligibility for the campus visit tuition rebate applies only to full-time (9 credit hours or more) on-campus (no Distance Education) students who traveled to the Regent College campus as first time visitors and who register for and attend an official Experience Regent event or Campus Visit facilitated by Enrollment Services. The tuition rebate of $500 will be applied directly to the student’s school account only after they have been accepted into a program at Regent College, having registered and paid for their first semester of full-time studies. The tuition rebate will then be applied to their second semester of study. The tuition rebate is not transferable and is not refundable as cash. Students who receive full-tuition scholarships are ineligible for a tuition rebate. Those who visited Regent College prior to the implementation of this program on September 26, 2011 are not eligible for this tuition rebate. Applicants for the tuition rebate must have visited the Regent Campus prior to their registering for classes at the school.

Close this window Campus Visit Travel Reimbursement ProgramStill not sure if you can afford to visit Regent College? We are now offering limited reimbursements for travel expenses to those coming to an official Experience Regent event or Personal Campus Visit from locations more than 60km in distance from our school. Eligibility for reimbursement of campus visit travel expenses is limited to direct travel to and from the Regent College campus by first time visitors who register for and attend an official Experience Regent event or Campus Visit facilitated by enrolment services. Expenses eligible for reimbursement include economy travel by train, plane, ferry, bus, or car (mileage at rate of $0.52 per km), as well as accommodation expenses for one night (standard room only). The reimbursement is applicable to one visit only and applicant’s travel expenses only. The total eligible travel expenses of the applicant will be reimbursed up to the limits of their region’s eligibility (region is determined by applicants above mailing address).
