A Letter from Dr. J.I. Packer"Regent College is a graduate school where, besides focusing on Christian maturity, vocation and relationships, the academic task is taken very seriously. The heart of such a school is its library. At Regent we are blessed with a fine library, and we work it hard. Founded in 1980, in partnership with Carey College, and led by a series of superb librarians from the start, the library has become one of the best of its kind in Canada. In addition to the standard materials and facilities that students and professors need, it has now a special collection of seventeenth-century writings that make it a significant resource for Puritan studies. But the library has almost outgrown its present space, and must have more. This is perhaps the most urgent of the many needs that the expansion of Regent's building is designed to meet. " J I Packer
