Paul Williams is the David J. Brown Family Chair of Marketplace Theology and Leadership at Regent College. He is also a Director and Economic Advisor to DTZ Holdings, an international real estate consulting and investment banking group headquartered in London, UK.

 

 

Marketplace Institute Cohorts

Vocatio Institute partners with churches, businesses, parachurch organizations in offering an integrated community-based learning experience in many cities, normally conducted two days every two or three months for a year. Each module is small enough to allow for collaborative learning, dialogue and mutual mentoring. Resources provided for each module include texts, a resource binder and appropriate CD’s for continuing education between meetings. Subjects for modules (normally four or five in a year) include the following:

• Hearing the Word; Doing the Word
• Community
• Ethics
• Spirituality for the Marketplace
• Leadership
• The Soul of Entrepreneurship
• The Layperson in Christian History
• Ministry and Mission in and through the Workplace
• Christian World-View and the Marketplace
• Christianity and the Economic Order
• In each of the modules there is interaction between theological resource persons and thoughtful practitioners.
