Packer Professor, Theology and Philosophy

Paul Helm has held the J.I. Packer Chair in Theology and
Philosophy since Fall 2001. Paul comes from London where he was Professor
of the History and Philosophy of Religion at King’s College.
He also served as President of the British Society for the
Philosophy of Religion. Before joining King’s College
in 1993, he was Reader in Philosophy at the University of Liverpool.
Educated in Worcester College, Oxford, Paul has written many
articles and books. He is married and has five children. Select
