Joy Banks is a relief printmaker and pastor who grew up in Japan and is currently based in Vancouver.
"These linocut and woodcut relief prints are images carved for the purpose of prayer. Like traditional icons they are created as windows to help us see the reality of God in the midst of our everyday lives."
